We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Doublés. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can read our policy below.


Return & Exchange Requirements

You have 14 days to return an item from the day you receive your order. Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new and unused condition
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • The item has not been washed, worn, or damaged
  • The item is returned in secure packaging

Return

If you wish to return an item for a refund:

  • Return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • A 49 DKK handling fee will be deducted from the refund
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve the return

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item:

  1. Fill out the return form (click here)
  2. Once we receive your returned item, we will send the requested size or item as soon as possible, usually within 7 days
  3. Exchange fee: 49 DKK

How to Return

  1. Fill out your return form (click here)
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the return form in the package
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop

Return Costs by Country

Return fees vary depending on your country and carrier. Typical fees range from 49 DKK to 199 DKK.

  • Czech Republic, Hungary, Ireland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Cyprus

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately:

  • Email info@doubles.dk with details and photos
  • We will assess the issue and respond with a solution
