We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Doublés. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can find our return policy here.


Return & Exchange Requirements

You have a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new and unused condition
  • All original tags and labels are still attached
  • The item has not been washed, worn, or damaged
  • The item is returned in secure packaging

Return

If you wish to return an item and receive a refund, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the refund to your account within 7-14 business days. Please note that a small fee will be deducted from the refund for the return label.


Exchange

Ordered the wrong size? Simply create your exchange request via our return portal, and we will send you a return label. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the correct size as soon as possible.


How to Return

  1. Find your country below, and create your return request via our return portal
  2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  3. Print and attach the return label you receive
  4. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop
